Different people have different ways to stay healthy. Some people like to play baseball、swim、 run or go hiking because it’s good for your heart and body. Other people like to stay healthy by eating healthy foods, such as grapes and nut.
In order to stay healthy, I like to play badminton and I like to eat fresh fishes . However, I also think it’s important to do different types of exercises and eat different types of food.For example, I sometimes like to swim because it is good for our body and it makes me feel spirits.
Furthermore, I also like to eat orange because it is healthy and sweet . I also think that people shouldn’t eat too much fried food because it is not good for you.
Finally, I also think it is important to relax and have fun. In order to relax, I like to watch movies and listen music . For fun, I like to play online games and watch some hilarious films.
